Zarautz is very well connected: the A-8 from Bilbao to Behobia, now considered as an important European route, links us with San Sebastian and France; the N-634 links us to coastal towns and villages like Orio, Getaria, Zumaia, Deba, Mutriku... and the airports of San Sebastian, Biarritz and Bilbao provide quick and easy connections to the most important capitals in Europe. In addition to the Bilbao-San Sebastian railway linking our town to the capital of the province, a fast, frequent bus service links the town to a variety of nearby destinations.
